Sounds good... I suggest to add the following two items (otherwise the
"generic" "Other"-component gets all the bugs for issues/RFEs where the
users don't know/don't care where it should belong to... and that may be
bad if there are different default assignees for the components)
"ST: Other"
"XST: Other"
Is that OK ?

Another question:
Who should the "default assignee" for the bugs (e.g. the person who gets
all the BugZilla spam when the bug is created) ? This setting can be
per-bugzilla component...
