swfdec-player should open URLs that were clicked in the browser. This is pretty
simple to implement, but might have security implications as handing random
strings somewhere is not always safe. (Think opening "rm -rf ~")

This should probably be done using GdkAppLaunchContext, which will only be aded
during Gnome 2.24.
