[Swfdec] Debian compilation problem

I'm encountering this problem when trying to compile 
swfdec-mozilla-0.4.2 on Debian unstable.

It's claiming not to find mozilla-config.h, but it is in fact there. In 
/usr/include/iceape/mozilla-config.h.

Any workarounds?
