[Swfdec] swfdec export into avi

Recording a Flash file without user input into an AVI should be easy
once someone has written a GStreamer plugin. This just requires
someone doing the work, but so far this has not happened.

There used to be a plugin like this for the previous swfdec version,
so that would work as a starting point, should someone want to
implement it.
