[Swfdec] pangocairo missing can't install

That is why Debian/Ubuntu users should always have apt-file handy. If
you then additionally know, that this is an error message from
pkg-config, finding the right package goes like this:
#> apt-file search pangocairo.pc
libpango1.0-dev: usr/lib/pkgconfig/pangocairo.pc
