[Swfdec] Why no changelog & changes in the News

Hi all,
      I downloaded the newest package in the hopes of a changelog so I
can ask for packaging in the distribution but there is no changelog in
the Changelog. It was empty. The only thing which was relevant was in
the News. Why the changelog is kept if its not gonna be used?
