[Swfdec] audio backend for OpenBSD

hi,

currently swfdec only has support for audio playback via ALSA and
pulseaudio.  neither of these work on OpenBSD, so I made a backend
for OpenBSD's sndio API.  the manual for the API can be found here:

I've submitted the backend and configure/Makefile patches as swfdec
bugzilla 20535.
