SyncEvolution would start a new sync, but that new sync would be
incremental, just as it is now when syncing at regular poll intervals.
In the case of ActiveSync, that new sync could be done fairly
efficiently, because the connection to the server would still be open.
However, that's something to be dealt with inside activesyncd.
SyncEvolution wouldn't be aware of it at all. It just needs to know that
server data has changed.
