[SyncEvolution] New Ubuntu builds of 1.3.2 (Was Re: Compatibility with Evolution 3.8)

Hello,

I updated the packages in my PPA. It is basically a re-build of the not
yet released 1.3.2-1 Debian version of Tino Keitel.

There are packages for Ubuntu Precise, Quantal, Raring and Saucy.
