Sorry for asking over and over again, what is your plan for the
activesyncd package? AFAICS, it is a requirement for EAS client
support in syncevolution and I think it would be nice to have this in
Debian.

A new libsynthesis package is in Jessie for a few days. I also finished
a syncevolution 1.3.99.7-1 package. You can find the source at
git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/syncevolution.

The source package can be generated this way:

$ sudo apt-get install pristine-tar gitpkg
$ git clone git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/syncevolution
$ cd syncevolution
$ git config gitpkg.deb-export-hook /usr/share/gitpkg/hooks/quilt-patches-deb-export-hook
$ git config gitpkg.pre-export-hook /usr/share/gitpkg/hooks/pristine-tar-pre-export-hook
$ gitpkg master

The source package is now in ../deb-packages/syncevolution/.

Regards,
Tino
