[SyncEvolution] Onemediahub changed name

Hello,

Just FYI, I have learned recently that Onemediahub (formerly Funambol)
have changed their name (once again). They are now "Zefiro".

I have a Onemediahub account which I use as a backup. As far as I can
tell, the credentials and sync url are still valid for Zefiro.
