[SyncEvolution] Syncing to Memotoo w SyncEvolution using test version 1:2.0.0-6.fc37

Looking at Comment 16 from
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2172377

FEDORA-2023-f61fbd10ad has been pushed to the Fedora 37 testing 
repository.
Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command:

`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh 
--advisory=FEDORA-2023-f61fbd10ad`

I ran this command as:
`sudo dnf upgrade syncevolution --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh 
--advisory=FEDORA-2023-f61fbd10ad`

It upgraded 3 out 4 syncevolution packages. It failed to upgraade 
syncevolution-libs

So, I ran
`sudo dnf upgrade syncevolution-libs --enablerepo=updates-testing 
--refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-f61fbd10ad`

Then I ran:
$> syncevolution --run  --sync refresh-from-local memotoo

and it does a full update, not just the new/modified records.

I ran it a second time, and again, it does a full update of each record.

I would add these to bugzilla, but I'm not sure of the process.

I can see my updated contacts on my phone (Samsung A32), but not my 
calender as I did before (I'm fumbling with the app and phone's settings 
and permissions hoping to find a way to make it visible to the Calendar. 
While this is separate from the ongoing issue, if someone has insights 
please advise).
