I going through all the documentation in man/ fixing typos and such. I also
grep'ed the full source to catch similar typos elsewhere in the source.

A lot fixes like "the the" => "the" (manually checked each case of course).
Also some changes from British "behaviour" to US "behavior", missing words,
etc, etc.

I am not done yet but the patch is already close to 500 lines so I thought it
would be nice to get some review before it gets even bigger.
