When the --since="2013-01-01 03:00:00" or --since=today option is used, the
output doesn't end at the last logs, but it circles back to the beginning of
the journal.
Steps to reproduce:
$ journalctl --since=today
[PAGEDOWN]
[PAGEDOWN]
[PAGEDOWN]
[PAGEDOWN]
