Applied in http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=286ca48,
but changed #ifdef LEGACY to #ifndef NOLEGACY, because we wan't "legacy"
by default. So the heritage is opt-out, not opt-in, so to speak.
