Adding [Install] Alias=autovt at .service works for me. 

# systemctl enable kmsconvt at .service
ln -s '/etc/systemd/system/kmsconvt at .service'
'/etc/systemd/system/autovt at .service'
ln -s '/etc/systemd/system/kmsconvt at .service'
'/etc/systemd/system/getty.target.wants/kmsconvt at .service'

This is the syntax that is supposed to work. If something is missing or broken,
please report more specifics.
