          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 76335
          Assignee: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: Requirements are inaccurate (kernel >= v3.2 required)
        QA Contact: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Severity: minor
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: jamuraa at base0.net
          Hardware: Other
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: general
           Product: systemd

In systemd-211, systemd-nspawn doesn't compile with a kernel < v3.2, contrary
to what the README says.

The error I was getting was that LO_FLAGS_PARTSCAN is not found, which is
introduced first in kernel v3.2

Removing systemd-nspawn references from the Makefile.am and rerunning automake
makes it compile fine again. I don't use systemd-nspawn so this workaround
worked for me.
