systemd in git since a while will turn its debug output on if the kernel
command line cotnains "debug", this will stay that way. However, it has been
changed to not dump things to kmsg as soon as the journal is up. Up to that
point we will still dump things to kmsg howerver, since there's no other nice
place to put this.
