Please add an option which disables the sending of DHCPv4 Client-ID (61).  This
option causes problems with 'ip=dhcp' kernel autoconfiguration because the
kernel sends DHCP DISCOVER without the client-id option. (At least) ISC DHCPD
identifies unknown clients by their client-id and will assign different ips to
kernel and networkd hence.
