Bug ID: 89894
Summary: Race condition on boot since sd_device
Product: systemd
Version: unspecified
Hardware: Other
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: general
Assignee: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: vrutkovs at redhat.com
QA Contact: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Since commit
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=57fa1d094cd2c5ac68970526ad0a0754c548e75d
GNOME Continuous fails to boot (in 95% of cases), console output is
http://build.gnome.org/continuous/buildmaster/builds/2015/04/01/53/smoketest/work-gnome-continuous-x86_64-runtime/console.out
We can't reach the system and run any commands there, but I guess it should be
pretty easy to reproduce.
Other sd-device commits
(http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=2fe29a46a3e16a787098f9fb410e1b756506fd52)
did not fix the situation
