Sure.  For example:

w /proc/acpi/wakeup - - - - TSCR
w /proc/acpi/wakeup - - - - TPAD

I actually had 4 lines like those in the file, each one setting different
things on /proc/acpi/wakeup.  Only the first one gets processed.
