I cannot reproduce the issue anymore after a package upgrade. Please, look at
the Debian bug for more details. [1]

I wish systemd's debugging output was more verbose to understand what is going
on during the power off sequence. The feeling of not being able to understand
what is going on with your own host is very unconfortable.
