    bash-completion: update with new verbs and arguments
    
    Adds arguments --root= --runtime --no-legend.
    Adds verbs link mask unmask reenable list-unit-files.
    Also uses list-unit-files to make nicer enable and disable completions.
    
    Rebased due to changes in systemctl.
