[HEADS-UP] Interface Stability Promise

Heya,

I'd like to draw your attention to this short text I just put together
in the wiki:

Given that Fedora 14 will be released as first distribution including
systemd it's time to make some stability promises on the interfaces we
provide in systemd. This wiki takes summarizes where we promise and
where we don't promise API stability.

I don't think there are many surprises in this, except maybe that the
D-Bus interface is not declared stable just yet.
