[systemd-devel] bootup event sounds

Heya,

just wanted to point you to the fact that libcanberra git now can hook
into systemd to play an event sound during bootup or shutdown. It's
probably not really useful on the desktop, but most embedded devices
want something like this, so we now support this cleanly and properly in
libcanberra itself.

It tries to be smart and looks for the best sound card to use, and
orders itself after alsa mixer restore service now installed by upstream
alsa-utils.

If you want to use this you need to place a "system-bootup" and/or
"system-shutdown" sound in the normal freedesktop sound theme
(i.e. /usr/share/sounds/freedesktop/stereo/system-bootup.oga), and
enable the services by invoking "systemctl enable
canberra-system-bootup.service".

Yay for useless features! ;-)
