I'd like this to be systemctl preset --all or similar, so it's

systectl $verb $things_to_act_on

it should be pretty rare you want to reset everything to the default
state, so the extra six keypresses shouldn't matter.

Debian already has a similar setup based around invoke-rc.d, which is
called from the maintainer scripts.  I think it's hard to reconcile the
different ways that invoke-rc.d and systemctl preset would work, but I
like the approach you're looking at.
