I did not intend to force my personal vim style on anyone, just make
it sure people can add custom .vimrc with whatever settings are deemed
appropriate.

Adding .vimrc is not enough, people also should allow per-directory
.vimrc usage which is outside of systemd control (yet :) ) Alternative
would be to add modelines to every file. Not that hard for existing
ones if you promise to put them in any new file :)
