[systemd-devel] rsyslog drops messages in debug mode

If you lose messages with log_level=debug, then log_leevl=debug makes
little sense in the first place. How should I work on bug reports if
users are not able to provide sufficient debug information? We try by
all means to not lose a single message on systemd side just to drop
them in the end.
