Hmm, I am a bit concernced about this, as this means that you can
"disable" units with a name you cannot "enable" them with again
anymore.

What is the precise usecase for this?

The least I'd like to see changed is that we never follow symlinks here
in /etc, only in /lib?

Note that "enable" and "start" are asymmetric anyway. The former takes
template names, the latter only instance names...
