[systemd-devel] Add distro support for Mageia

Hi Lennart,

As discussed last week.

I ensured we now use the os-release file and removed that bit of the patch.

I also need to remind you about the directory on-boot cleanups (d -> D)
which was fixed up here:

I think you reckoned you'd already done it or couldn't remember why
