my knowledge is not big enough on internals

but "CONFIG_RCU_FAST_NO_HZ=y" exlains also the 1-2 seconds
of each unmount message at shutdown?

on the other hand, even if: this degraded boot/shutdown should
not happen, especially not in combination of systemd/udev/kernel
as shipped with F16 in a stable release and at least generally
not onlöy because a official kernel config param is set

if you really say "CONFIG_RCU_FAST_NO_HZ" must be "no" please
add a clear statement to the bugreport - before this change
all worked fine and now i have to pray on each boot :-(
