IIUC, currently a new namespace is set up before each Exec* and never destroyed.
I did some work (but did not finish testing it) on refactoring the
namespace stuff so that a namespace is set up before ExecStartPre,
then used by all the Exec*s of the service and finally destroyed after
ExecStopPost. I think this is the right way to go, but sadly have not
had time to finish it up.
