hmm should i file a bugreport for the kernel?
i tried "disable_ipv6=1" today with no success
your "ipv6.disable_ipv6=1" sounded well but see below

if i am not totally stupid with the kernel-param there should
be no possibility/reason that any service is listening on ipv6
