This page describes exactly how to invoke the binary by its full path
and has each flag detailed. Seems like an open invitation to me.

Sure, they're confused because they don't have a manpage for
systemd-udevd without systemd being installed. I can respect that naming
is an important part of any project, but this doesn't get rid of any of
it. `man systemd-udevd.service' still does exactly the same thing. What
you're nitpicking here comes down to the names displayed in the header
and footer of the docs.
