This is currently not available. However, the idea is to make this
available one day similar in style how localization for .desktop files
is done.

The main reason this is not implemented right now, is that my own need
for this is rather low, so this is probably something a community patch
is necessary for. That said, before somebody implements this we should
figure out how far we want the localization to go as I am a bit
conservative about adding this to PID 1 itself. But maybe that'd be OK
too if somebody can convince me.
