[systemd-devel] [PATCH 1/2] core: Refuse to run a user instance when the system hasn't been booted with systemd.

I would like to be able to run systemd on systems that did not boot up with systemd. For testing purposes and because I have some projects that reuse systemd as a transaction computation engine. Thanks.
