No. Adoption of systemd should take at the distribution level. It's a
larger job, and requires integration in various components of the OS,
hence is really something your distribution has to do for.

RHEL 5/6 are not based on systemd, and there are no plans to add that.

RHEL 7 will be based on systemd.
