This is part of 198 btw. Just update your systemd and you get some
beautiful boot-up and shutdown animations on stalled services, hacked up
by Michal up. It's so pretty in fact, that it almost makes me want to
add sleep(30) or so to all my daemons' startup and shutdown code just to
see it. It's like KITT, but in ASCII!
