[systemd-devel] merge nss-myhostname into systemd

This merges the nss-myhostname repo with the systemd repo (as requested
in TODO).

The git history is preserved, but to avoid spamming the ML only the commits
following the merge are posted. I could put up the full git repo if people
want to have a look.

I believe the only potentially non-trivial patch is
   [PATCH 3/6] nss-myhostname: integrate into systemd buildsystem
as quite some code is removed. However, as far as I can tell there is no
functional change.
