[systemd-devel] [PATCH] Move udevadm to rootbindir

Since udevadm is required during early boot, we need udevadm in
rootbindir so support systems with a split-usr configuration.
For distributions like Fedora, which have done the usr-merge, this
patch doesn't change anything.
