If possible, we should avoid options with negations in the name.

The udev network names are really done in a way that the kernel itself
could potentially do that on its own some day in the future. We should
probably be arrogant enough to name that stuff with net.foo. :)

There will also likely be more network related things in the future in
systemd, which are not bound to udev, so the udev prefix for the
network setting we better avoid here, I think.
