Oh, and Zbigniew, if you have any follow-ups on the code I pushed to
master, I'm happy to handle them right now. 100% of your feedback
should either be implemented or in the TODOs. If you think any of the
TODOs are release blockers, I can handle those now, too.

My backup plan if we think the shell script is too ugly is to just
remove that example.
