There will probably be config for DNS, NTP, and all these things in
the future, therefore we need a subdirectory for these files.

In the same model as the "link" directory, the actual network settings
like IP addresses and such will be in .network files. Virtual
interfaces, which are not created by hardware, but have
configurations, will be called .netif files. These 3 types could maybe
live in one directory though.
