[systemd-devel] Two git trees

The description of repo on GitHub says “Mirror of git://
anongit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd”.
That is, it's a mirror. I don't know how exactly it is synchronised, but,
since it is a mirror,
it might be out of date sometimes.
