Sorry, that's not quite right. Default-Start: S translates into making
sysinit.target depend on mintsystem.service, and mintsystem.service
depends on dbus.service, which implicitly depends on basic.target as a
result of default dependencies, and basic.target depends on
sysinit.target. So, again, a cycle.
