No. I mentioned before that I'd be happy to add code that defers to
update-rcd on Debian, instead of chkconfig. No problem with that. If
Debian has worthwile header extensions I'd parse them too, if they are
Okish to support. It's really not about Debian vs. Fedora.

The sysv support really should be removed from PID 1 anyway, and be
placed in a generator, so that the legacy stuff doesn't pollute PID 1
anymore...  But I never found the time to do that...
