Works for me...

 # cat /etc/systemd/network/wired.network
 [Match]
 Name=en*

 [Network]
 DHCP=yes

 # /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-networkd
 ens3: link is up
 ens3: carrier on
 ens3: DHCPv4 address 10.0.2.144/24 via 10.0.2.1
 ens3: link configured

This backtrace isn't useful at all. You need to include debug symbols.
