[systemd-devel] inconsistency between hibernate-multiple-sessions and suspend-multiple-sessions

Hi,

looking at org.freedesktop.login1.policy I notice that
org.freedesktop.login1.suspend-multiple-sessions has
<allow_active>yes</allow_active>
whereas
org.freedesktop.login1.hibernate-multiple-sessions has
<allow_active>auth_admin_keep</allow_active>

What's the reason for this inconsistency?

Looking further
org.freedesktop.login1.reboot-multiple-sessions, also has
<allow_active>yes</allow_active>

So I'd argue that hibernate-multiple-sessions should be set to
<allow_active>yes</allow_active> as well
