For some reason you appear to have enabled
container-getty at multi-user.service. Which would run a getty on the tty
"multi-user" which doesn't really exist. The templated unit
container-getty at .service really just needs to be there, it doesn't
need to be enabled, and certainly not with "multi-user" for instance
id...
