Multiarch means that whichever architecture systemd happens to have been
compiled for, /lib64 might exist. If it does, it's a system library
directory.

(Consider an i386 or armhf systemd on a mixed i386 + amd64 or armhf +
arm64 system, for instance. On a developer's system, you might even have
mixed i386 + amd64 + armhf + s390x or something.)
